Our Obedience Training Programs:

We offer two easily affordable training program options:

K-9 Boot Camp - This is our most popular program! We board and train your dog(s) for approx. 3-4 weeks and provide one-on-one training sessions with your dog(s) each day. This is the fastest and most effective method to achieving your dog's highest potential. Included in our Boot Camp is a one-hour training session to teach you how to work with your dog(s) and get the most out of the training. Also include are 2 follow-up sessions to further your dog(s) training in their everyday life and home environment, and to answer any additional questions and issues, so you can expect and achieve those same results from now on, whether at your home, office, or any public place. We also include with this package, discounted rates for our In-Kennel Refresher Training and Board service, for the lifetime of the dog.

**Pick up and drop off may be available at an additional charge**

1-on-1 Client Training Sessions - we work with you and teach you how to train your dog using our proven techniques between each of our sessions. This course consists of 1 initial meeting/training session, typically 90 - 120 minutes, and additional follow up sessions are 60 minutes, each typically spaced 1 - 2 weeks apart until the desired expectations are achieved.

Client Training Sessions start at $150 for the first session, and $75 each additional session.

Basic Obedience

Building A Foundation Of Communication

Obedience training is such a huge benefit for both the dog's and their owners! It's a rewarding experience for the dogs while in our program, and to know how to properly act when they are back in their homes. One of the things that really sets us apart from other training facilities, is that I specialize in canine psychology, rehabilitation, and behavior modification, using the dog's natural instincts and ways of learning, to really bring out the best in your dog. All while teaching them obedience commands, new manners, and building up their confidence levels, to help them be the happiest obedient dog for you!
We do NOT use E-collars in our training, and believe that the best, obedient, working dog is one that does it because they LOVE doing it!

Advanced Obedience Training

On & Off Leash Obedience Training

Our Advanced Obedience Training program is only offered after our Basic Obedience program has been completed, in order to achieve the highest level of results. This is a customized program specifically geared towards your desired goals and outcome for your dog.
Training add-ons may include:
New obedience skills and commands, distance obedience execution, on & off leash/tab training, and agility training offered to qualifying canines.

In-Kennel Refresher Training and Boarding

This is typically reserved for dogs that have had prior training through us or another reputable training program. While your dog is boarding with us, we will provide training sessions to help reinforce prior training course(s) completed through one of our training programs (ex: basic obedience, advanced obedience/agilities, protection training per levels completed).

Protection Training Stage 2

Beginning Bite-Work

Our advanced level of protection training is designed for established dogs and their handlers who are ready to take their skills to the next level. This program introduces bite-work with a high level of expectation for control and command execution, all performed on-leash. With our experienced trainers, you can trust that your dog will receive the best training possible.

Protection Training Stage 1

Personal Protection Training

Welcome to our Stage 1 Protection program! We offer a highly effective audible and visual deterrent training for general dog owners who want to bring out the protection aspects of their dogs. Our program is designed for dogs that pass our standard temperament evaluation and do not require bite training.

With our training, you can have peace of mind and added security that your dog will appear aggressive and show the potential to bite if given the opportunity towards an aggressor or threat, but without them being trained to bite. They will immediately stop the display of aggression on command afterwards. Contact us to learn more about our program and how can benefit you and your furry friend.

Professional Handler Services

K DanielS K-9 Academy offers advanced training services for the experienced and professional canine handler. Dogs considered for this level of training must display high levels of control and even temperament, or have previously graduated from our advanced training courses.

Advanced Protection Training Academy

This is our highest level of protection training offered only to the most experienced canine handlers. This level of protection includes on and off leash protection work, guard and transport, watch and hold, search and seize, and more.

Detection Dog/Handler Team Training

K DanielS K-9 Academy offers scent detection training for professional dog and handler teams. We offer training in: narcotics detection; explosive/ammunition detection; along with other scents being offered as needed.
